Customer Success Lead – Floranext – Miami
Floranext is the leading independent florist software provider. We offer florist point of sale, ecommerce, marketing, delivery routing, proposals and other products to flower shops.
We are looking for a leader to work directly with our CEO to help build a world-class customer success organization.

Job – Responsibilities
- Manage interactions with customers across the US and internationally
- Lead a process of continuous improvement of our customer success processes
- Support success team to ensure customer Floranext Website, Point of Sale, and Proposal software via phone and chat
- Work closely with team leads across the organization (Product Management, Engineering, Onboarding, Sales) to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
Job – Key Skills
- 7+ years of work history, with some direct customer facing and tech solution experience
- Excited to work in dynamic, entrepreneurial startup environment
- Ability to quickly learn details of new technologies
- Exceptional spoken and written communication ability
- Outstanding critical thinking ability
- Enjoy working and communicating with people
- Highly organized /motivated
- Familiarity with florist industry, spent some time working in a flower shop a plus but not required!
Based in Wynwood area of Miami part time/part time remote. Floranext is a remote company – we do not have an office and communicate and collaborate via online tools like Slack and Skype.
