Floranext Point of Sale customers who are printing tickets are reporting that paper size is not being auto-selected in their Chrome browsers.
This appears to be an issue with the most recent version of Chrome (version 74) and would likely be impacting any shop that is printing tickets using Google Chrome on PC (but not on Mac).
With Mother’s Day coming up we wanted to make sure customers have some options while Google’s fix is released. We recommend doing either of the following:
1. Manually select the paper size when printing tickets.
2. Download/use the Beta version of Google Chrome
Please Note – the Beta version of Chrome is pre-release – it should be stable but some users may encounter occasional bugs.
