This Spring Sale Savings Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Floranext and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Discount Offer:
The Promotion entitles new customers to receive a 20% discount off their Floranext package for a duration of the first three months from the activation date.
After the initial three months, standard billing at the full package rate will commence.
Cash Value:
This Promotion holds no cash value and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, and concludes on Friday, May 9th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Floranext reserves the right to extend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
Shop Requirements:
To qualify for the Promotion, the shop must be a new customer that has not previously used Floranext services or was not currently active with Floranext as of the Promotion start date.
The shop must complete the entire onboarding process and be live on the Floranext platform by May 9th, 2025. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the forfeiture of the promotional discount.
Usage Restrictions:
The Promotion is limited to one use per qualifying new shop.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly specified by Floranext.
Modification or Termination:
Floranext reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or liability, if circumstances beyond its control arise.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Floranext operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in this Promotion, the shop acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
Floranext reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and make decisions concerning disputes related to this Promotion at its sole discretion.
