    My biggest Uggh moment is-
    customer: How much are roses?
Me: How do you want them? How many do you need? in a vase? wrapped bouquet? with greens/fillers?
Get me a price on all says customer(s).
Me taking 5 minutes to get prices and customer says I want what you have advertised in the window (my cash & carry roses $12.00)
